What you'll do:
Answering incoming calls in our busy, multi-franchise call-centre
Creating and confirming online service bookings
Contacting customers from CRM call lists
Providing outstanding customer service and assistance
Recording data and sending service reminders
Handling general admin tasks as needed
Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a call-centre environment will be highly regarded
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Skilled presentation and positive attitude
Organised, proactive and a team player
