This casual position involves ensuring a safe swimming environment, supervising patrons, and enforcing pool rules with a friendly, service-focused approach.
You will work with a dedicated team and receive access to YMCA perks, including flexible rostering, career development, and free gym/aquatics centre access across the state.
Prior aquatic experience is valued.
