The Role
You will join a well-established Contracts team of nine Contract Administrators that continues to expand in line with project growth.
Working across projects valued up to $30M, you will take ownership of the full contract administration process.
You will be supported by an experienced Preconstruction team,



capable Project Managers and a senior leadership team that values planning, work-life balance and sustainable delivery, not repeated late nights or weekend work.

With nine experienced Contract Administrators working collaboratively, knowledge is shared openly, junior staff are mentored and people are genuinely invested in each other's success, as a result of the supportive team culture, late nights are seldom within this company.
If you've previously worked in environments where you were expected to sink or swim, or where Contract Administrators worked in isolation, this is the complete opposite.
About You
You will possess:
Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline
Proven Contracts Administration experience with a reputable Australian head contractor
Strong experience across subcontract procurement, progress claims, variations, EOTs, RFIs, head contract administration and financial reporting
A genuine desire to build a long-term career with a business that is growing and investing in its people
