We are located at Cannon Hill, Queensland.
The opportunity
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Support Educator to join our team for 5 days a week.




This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across all age groups and thrives in a collaborative environment.
As a Support Educator, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our service by:
Providing lunch cover for educators across all rooms.
Assisting with the implementation of educational programs and engaging children in meaningful learning experiences.
Supporting Lead Educators and Assistants to deliver high-quality care and education.
Contributing to programming and documentation where required.
Providing sick leave and annual leave cover, adapting confidently to different rooms and routines.
The successful applicant will be a proactive team player with a genuine passion for early childhood education, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are key to succeeding in this role.
Skills & requirements
Hold or be actively working towards an approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Hold a current Working with Children Check (or be eligible to obtain one).
Hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or be willing to obtain them).
Have a sound understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting requirements.
Be able to work flexibly to cover shifts across opening and closing hours when required.
Previous experience in an early childhood setting is desirable but not essential.
