The Role
We are seeking a meticulous Mechanic / Parts Fitter to join our workshop team.
You will handle complete touring builds, including 12v electrical installations & premium accessory integration, while assisting in product development and unique product bundling.
Also, being a small team with global distribution, we require occasional warehouse duties.
We are expanding, so this is an opportunity to really own the role, make the workshop operate the way you need to be effective.
We are primarily looking for aFull-Timeteam member, but we offerflexible working arrangementsfor the right applicant.
Key Responsibilities
Complete full 4WD touring vehicle fit outs.
Install 12v setups, dual batteries, and electrical accessories.
Route wiring and make clean electrical connections.
Fit premium off-road accessories, canopies and barwork.
Perform occasional distribution and warehousing duties.
Maintain a high standard of quality control.
What We Are Looking For

Meticulous attention to detail and pride in your work.
Leadership qualities, someone who can take ownership of the workshop.
Proven experience with diverse 4WD touring setups, including strong proficiency in 12v vehicle electrical systems.
Current Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one.
Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
