Direct Steel Traders is seeking an experienced Team Leader / 2IC to join our steel distribution warehouse on the Afternoon Shift.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, productivity and teamwork on the floor, working beside the team rather than behind a desk.
You will lead by example, coordinate the afternoon shift, assist with workloads, ensure orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time, and support forklift operations and crane use where required.
