Thisis a unique opportunity to develop into a mentoring role, beginning with astrong operational foundation before progressing into educator coaching, familyengagement and quality practice support.
Aboutthe Role
ThePractice Mentor is a developmental position designed to build expertise acrossboth operational administration and practice leadership.
Thesuccessful applicant will initially work within the administration function ofthe Enhance team, supporting family enquiries, educator coordination, serviceadministration and operational processes.
This foundation will provide acomprehensive understanding of our systems, service delivery and the In HomeCare program.
Ascapability and confidence develop, the role will progressively transition intothe full Practice Mentor responsibilities, including mentoring Educators,conducting Educator visits, supporting quality improvement, strengtheningcompliance and building strong relationships with families and stakeholders.
Thisstaged approach provides an excellent opportunity to develop into a rewardingrole that makes a genuine difference in the lives of children and families.
Whatyou'll be doing
Initiallyyou will:
Support family enquiries and onboarding.
Assist with educator coordination and operationaladministration.
Maintain accurate records across organisationalsystems.
Support enrolments, bookings and documentation.
Build knowledge of legislation,



policies and servicedelivery.
Asthe role develops, you will also:
Mentor and coach Educators to deliver high-quality,child-safe education and care.
Conduct Educator visits across Queensland.
Support quality improvement and continuous professionaldevelopment.
Monitor compliance with legislation and the NationalQuality Framework.
Build strong relationships with families and Educators.
Contribute to recruitment and service growthinitiatives.
AboutYou
You'llbe passionate about supporting children, families and Educators while buildingyour own capability in mentoring and practice leadership.
You'llbring:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (orhigher)
Experience within the Early Childhood Education andCare sector
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Current Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
