You will help clients assess payroll compliance, reconcile industry awards, and identify underpayments through historical data reviews, leveraging Excel, Alteryx and BI tools.
You will manage projects from planning through delivery, engage with cross-border stakeholders, develop junior staff and support process improvements and governance frameworks for pay equity and regulatory changes.
