About the Role
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide variety of commercial HVAC/R equipment across South East Queensland.




This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys fault finding, solving problems and building strong relationships with customers.
Your day will include:
Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
Reactive breakdown work
Providing outstanding customer service
Identifying opportunities to improve customer systems
Working closely with a supportive team that wants to see you succeed
About You
We're looking for knowledge, attitude and capability.
The ideal person will have:
Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Current ARCtick Licence
Current Australian Driver Licence
Permanent Australian working rights
Solid commercial service and fault-finding experience
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pride in delivering quality workmanship
Highly regarded but not essential:
VRV/VRF experience
Electrical Licence
BMS or controls experience
Chiller or large commercial plant experience
