Foundation Partnerships ManagerFull-Time
Panthers Penrith is excited to introduce the newlycreated position of Foundation Partnerships Manager and is seekinga passionate individual to help drive the Foundation's commercialand philanthropic growth.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Foundation & Community, you will beresponsible for growing the Panthers Foundation's commercial andphilanthropic outcomes.
Working closely with the Head of Foundation& Community, you will develop and deliver strategies to enhancecorporate partnerships, increase fundraising opportunities, supportmajor events, and grow targeted coterie and supporter groups.
This position may be appointed on either a full-time orpart-time basis, depending on the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of the PanthersFoundation Strategic Plan.
Build and maintain strong relationships across the Foundation'sphilanthropic and corporate network, delivering exceptionalstakeholder service while identifying opportunities for growth andincreased engagement.
Develop and secure current partnerships with funders, donors andsponsors to generate sustainable revenue and support theFoundation's long-term objectives.
Identify, develop and grow new revenue streams to enhance theFoundation's financial sustainability.
Lead and support the planning, coordination and delivery of theFoundation's events and fundraising program.
Work closely with program delivery teams to understand,articulate and promote the impact and outcomes of the Foundation'sinitiatives.




Support the Foundation at Panthers NRL home games and otherclub and community events as required.
Champion and deliver the Panthers Foundation brand experienceacross all stakeholder touchpoints, both internally andexternally.
Recruit, lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team,fostering a culture of engagement, accountability andexcellence.
Optimise the utilisation and return on the Foundation's assetsand resources.
Ensure compliance with all legislative, governance andorganisational obligations.
About you
Tertiary qualifications in Sport Management, Business,Community Development or a related field (or significant equivalentindustry experience).
1-2 years' experience in events, partnerships, businessdevelopment, sponsorship or fundraising.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong computerliteracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and relationship management skills with aprofessional approach.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-qualityoutcomes.
Demonstrated leadership and people managementcapabilities.
Robust organisational, negotiation and problem-solvingskills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managecompeting priorities and perform effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
