About The Opportunity
Reporting directly tosenior management, some of your responsibilities will include:
Leading projectsfrom award through to practical completion and close-out
Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes
Managing budgets, cash flow, claims, variations, and subcontractors
Owning the programme, including recovery strategies where needed
Building strong relationshipswith clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Leading and mentoringproject teams, engineers, and supervisors
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experiencemanaging civil construction projects
Strong commercial acumenand contract administration skills
A hands-on approachto project delivery
The ability to drive resultsacross multiple work fronts
Strong leadership and stakeholder managementskills
Tertiary qualificationsin Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
