Due to consistent growth some new luxury apartment developments about to start, they're seeking an ambitious and driven Contract Administratorto join their team.
Duties
Subcontractor management including compiling subcontractor agreements, scope of works, tender packages, negotiatingcontract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotesand preparingfinal contract documents
Managing subcontractor progress claims




Negotiating theprocurement and ordering of materials
Assisting with the administration of RFI's, EOT's, variations
Working closely with site supervisors to adhere to project programs, deadlines, and budgets.
Experience Required
Must have 5 years experience as a Contracts Administrator
Extensive experience working on high end class 2 / apartments projects
Ideally have a bachelor's in construction management or comparative degree
Have worked on projects in excess of $20m
Exposure to Procoreor Aconex
