About The Role
We are seeking a genuine team player to join our Beaudesert branch team as our Personal Banking Consultant.
This is a great chance for someone looking for a fresh start to the New Year and has experience in financial services or banking.
As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week.
About You
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated sales experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
