We're partnering with a leading utilities organisation to recruit an experienced PMO Analyst to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of major infrastructure projects.
This role plays a key part in maintaining project governance, controls and assurance across the project lifecycle.
Working closely with Project Managers, Project Controls and senior stakeholders, you'll provide the structure and visibility needed to ensure projects are delivered in line with governance requirements, while supporting effective scope, change and performance management.

Responsibilities
Support the ongoing operation of project governance and project controls across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
Coordinate project assurance activities, including health checks,
governance reviews and compliance with project delivery frameworks.
Manage project scope change control processes, ensuring changes are assessed, documented and approved through appropriate governance.
Prepare and maintain project reporting, dashboards and performance metrics for project teams and senior stakeholders.
Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.
Support project scheduling, forecasting and delivery reporting where required.
Coordinate governance forums, project reviews and reporting cycles.
Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to improve project visibility and delivery performance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates and project controls practices.
Ensure project documentation is accurate, current and maintained in accordance with organisational standards.
Qualifications
Experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting complex infrastructure or capital works projects.
Experience delivering project assurance activities within established governance frameworks.
Strong experience managing project scope change control processes.
Experience preparing project reporting, dashboards and executive-level updates.
Experience supporting risk, issue, dependency and action management.
Infrastructure, engineering, utilities,
transport or construction project experience is essential (IT project experience alone will not be suitable).
Skills
Strong understanding of project governance and project controls principles.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to interpret project information and provide meaningful insights to support delivery.
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
Experience using project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, Primavera P6, SharePoint or similar is highly regarded.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business or a related discipline (preferred).
Project Management, PMO or Project Controls qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
