This is not just a standard operating role-we are looking for someone keen to step up, learn our digital production systems, and train to become aConcrete Batcher.
Because you will be supporting multiple local depots, being centrally located near ourMaroochydoreandKunda Parksites is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate a Front End Loader to manage stockpiles and feed production bins.
Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard setting.
Learn the ropes:Get hands-on with our batching software to blend concrete mixes accurately and manage dispatch schedules.
What We Are Looking For
Ticket & Experience:Current LL (Front End Loader)
Tech Savvy:Comfortable using computers and software (or a fast learner who isn't afraid of technology).
Location:Residing close to Maroochydore or Kunda Park for reliable daily travel.
Attitude:Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to progress your career into plant operations.
