About the Role
As a Senior Beauty Therapist you will be responsible for delivering premium facial and beauty treatments while providing personalised skin consultations, treatment plans and homecare recommendations.
You will play an important role in achieving salon goals, supporting team success and maintaining the exceptional standards Ella Baché is known for.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver qualified skin consultations and advanced skin diagnosis
Perform Ella Baché facial treatments and beauty services to the highest standard
Recommend customised skincare and treatment programs that achieve real client results
Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
Drive retail sales through genuine education and tailored homecare advice
Encourage client retention through effective rebooking
Meet individual treatment, retail and productivity targets
Maintain accurate client consultation records and treatment notes
Uphold exceptional hygiene,



housekeeping and presentation standards
Participate in training, team meetings and salon marketing initiatives
Represent the Ella Baché brand with professionalism, integrity and passion
What We Are Looking For
Diploma of Beauty Therapy
Minimum 2 years experience in a professional salon environment
Strong knowledge of skin health and advanced facial treatments
Experience with IPL or advanced skin technologies highly regarded
Outstanding consultation, communication and listening skills
Confidence in recommending skincare and treatment plans
Proven ability to achieve retail, rebooking and productivity targets
A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping clients achieve healthy skin
Professional presentation and excellent attention to detail
A collaborative team mindset with a desire to continually learn and grow
