Description
Define and deliver the end-to-end test strategy for Optima implementation
Establish test governance, planning, and execution frameworks.
Lead testing for integrations between Optima and HRIS systems, Payroll platforms, Workforce management/rostering systems
Validate data flows, APIs, and system interfaces
Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and security compliance
Work closely with business, IT, and vendors
Profile
A successful Optima Test Manager should have:




Proven experience in test management within the technology department of the healthcare industry.
Experience with Optima platform, healthcare rostering / workforce optimisation systems
A strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of testers.
