We're looking for aCaravan Park Office Support & Housekeeping All-Rounderto join our team.
This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, reception duties and maintaining our park to the highest standard, helping create a welcoming experience for every guest.
About the Role
Welcoming guests and completing check-ins and check-outs
Answering phone calls, emails and booking enquiries
Assisting with reservations and processing payments
Providing information about the park and local attractions
Assisting guests with enquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service
Cleaning and preparing cabins for arriving guests
Cleaning amenities, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas
Restocking guest amenities and supplies
Help maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming park environment
About You
Friendly, positive and customer-focused
Reliable with a robust work ethic
Organised with excellent attention to detail




Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable performing both office and cleaning duties
Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods when required
Previous experience in customer service, reception, housekeeping, hospitality or accommodation is desirable but not essential.
Full training will be provided for the right person.
