As our company continues to grow, we're looking fortwo motivated and driven Solar Sales Consultantsto join our team and help homeowners save on rising energy costs by making the switch to premium solar and battery solutions.
In this role, you'll:
Meet with homeowners, both face to face and virtually, to understand their energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions.
Educate customers on the perks of solar, including available finance options.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, guiding them through the entire sales journey, from warm lead consultation and follow-up through to installation.
Receive ongoing support, training and coaching from our high-performing sales team.
Work closely with our operations team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Enjoy realistic earning potential of$150,000 to $250,000 per year, with a competitive commission structure that rewards your effort and results.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
Experience in high-volume direct sales.
Solar industry experience is an advantage but not essential,



as comprehensive training and coaching will be provided.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Strong self-motivation, local market knowledge and a drive to achieve results.
A positive, solutions-focused attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
A current Australian Driver Licence and reliable transport.
