Lead a team of eight engineers delivering complex customer integrations for a growing enterprise SaaS platform.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining solution design, Java engineering and customer engagement.
You'll lead an established offshore team while remaining close to technical design, code reviews and customer delivery.

What you're doing
Lead a team of eight offshore engineers
Design APIs and system integrations
Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
Review technical designs and code
Mentor and develop engineers
Work directly with enterprise customers
Balance delivery speed with long-term platform quality
Support planning, estimation and technical delivery
What we're looking for
Strong Java software engineering background
Experience designing APIs and systems integrations
Technical leadership experience within a software delivery team
External customer-facing solution design experience
Solid engineering judgement and problem-solving skills
Experience mentoring developers
Ability to work across engineering, delivery and customer stakeholders
Experience within SaaS, enterprise software, consulting or systems integration environments will be highly regarded.
