Over time gain experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including payment of Council suppliers, water billing and rates
Maintain a high-level of accuracy while efficiently handling large volumes of transactions
Provide professional and responsive customer service by addressing enquiries in a timely manner from internal & external stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will be a detail orientated finance professional with excellent communication skilland experience working in an office workplace
The Finance Officer is responsible for offering operational support as required across the finance team in such areas:
Monitoring and maintaining accounts payable
Monitoring and maintaining accounts receivable (including debtors, water billing and rates)
Performing reconciliations of accounts at statement level
Communicate in a timely and reliable manner with internal and external stakeholders
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
Certificate III in Finance or similar - or equivalent experience
Demonstrated high level communication skills
Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a high-volume transactional environment
Proven ability to provide customer solutions and positively resolve issues
NSW Drivers Licence
