We are seeking ahigh-calibre leaderto help bring our centre to life from the very beginning, working closely with the Approved Provider tobuild, shape and leada service designed to exceed expectations — for children, families and educators.
Seed Academy is apremium, boutique, family owned and operatedearly learning service located inGymea, which will cater for47 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Opening October/November **** pending service approval.
Commencing August/September ****, with a key focus on recruitment, family engagement, occupancy building, educational leadership and service setup ahead of opening.
What You'll Be Doing

Leading thepre-opening setupof the centre
Recruiting and building ahigh-performing team
Implementing ahigh-quality, play-based program(Reggio-inspired)
Conducting tours and building strongfamily relationships
