Group Treasury & Corporate Services Analyst

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised and commercially mindedGroup Treasury & Corporate Services Analystto join our Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in treasury, corporate governance, insurance and regulatory compliance within a dynamic and growing organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for supporting the Group's treasury operations, corporate secretariat activities, insurance program and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with senior leaders, banking partners and the Quanta Services corporate team, you'll help ensure our financial operations remain efficient, compliant and well governed.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury & Cash Management
Monitor daily cash positions and support liquidity forecasting.
Prepare treasury reports, cash flow analysis and executive reporting.
Manage banking relationships and treasury facilities.
Administer bank accounts and authorised signatory registers.
Coordinate Bank Guarantees, Surety Bonds and Letters of Credit.
Manage the Group Corporate Credit Card Program.
Coordinate Group vehicle leasing and novated leasing programs.
Corporate Governance & Compliance
Coordinate ASIC statutory filings and corporate secretariat activities.




Maintain ASIC, ABR and ATO company records.
Monitor regulatory deadlines and ensure ongoing compliance.
Liaise with legal advisers, registered agents and regulatory bodies.
Support governance and corporate compliance initiatives.
Insurance Management
Coordinate the Group's insurance portfolio across multiple business lines.
Manage annual renewals with brokers and insurers.
Administer insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution.
Review policy coverage and identify risk improvement opportunities.
Maintain insurance documentation and reporting.
About You
You'll be a proactive finance skilled who enjoys building relationships and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
You'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
CA, CPA or CFA qualification (completed or in progress) highly regarded.
Minimum five years' experience in treasury, finance or corporate services.
Experience with ASIC regulatory compliance and corporate secretariat functions.
Experience managing corporate insurance programs.
Exposure to treasury management systems and banking platforms.




Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the business.
