This casual role offers approximately 16 hours per week, initially in office across the Moreton Bay region with potential for additional hours and future hybrid arrangements.
The successful applicant will deliver Level 2 Support Coordination, help participants understand their plans, monitor funding and contribute to documentation, reporting and internal systems.
