capital investments and strategic initiatives to ensure risk exposures are identified, assessed and appropriately managed before commitments are made
Build the capability of risk owners through training, coaching, and practical frameworks that enable the business to manage risk effectively at the point of ownership
Facilitate risk, business continuity, and scenario-testing workshops that are practical, engaging and lead to actionable outcomes
Develop and lead the Business Continuity Management framework across the ANZ network, ensuring plans are current, tested and capable of supporting operational resilience

Assess Inghams' risk management maturity against ISO ***** and relevant industry benchmarks, and translate assessment outcomes into prioritised improvement actions
Own and govern Inghams' risk management SaaS platform
Lead and develop the Risk Management function and wider team, including oversight of risk champions and operational risk owners across ANZ
Champion a risk-aware culture across Inghams, integrating strategic risk management into business planning, project governance and operational decision-making
Build and manage the function's operating rhythm, resource allocation and priorities to deliver against the strategic roadmap and respond to emerging organisational needs

Support Inghams' insurance programme, as needed
