Sheraton Sydney on Elizabeth Street is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our guest services team on a part time basis.
You will be the face of our hotel, helping guests feel welcome and taken care of from arrival to departure.
You will know the hotel and local community inside out, handle guest inquiries, assist with billing verification, assign rooms per guest requests, and build lasting connections to fuel repeat bookings.
