Re-Fit Physiotherapy is a growing allied health practice providing high-quality physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and NDIS services across Sydney.
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organisedMedical Receptionist / Administration Officerto join our team at ourRouse Hill clinic.
This position is currentlypart-time, with a clear pathway tofull-time employment for the right candidate from ****as we continue our expansion and open our newBella Vista clinic.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative and reception duties.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working in a medical, physiotherapy, or allied health clinic
Robust working knowledge ofCliniko(essential)
Experience usingTyro HealthandHICAPSclaiming systems (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient computer and administrative skills
Key Responsibilities
Managing appointment bookings and diary scheduling through Cliniko
Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service




Processing payments through Tyro Health and HICAPS
Managing Medicare, private health, NDIS, DVA, and WorkCover enquiries
Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and patient correspondence
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Processing invoices and assisting with accounts administration
Supporting clinicians with general administrative tasks
Ensuring the reception area remains professional and welcoming
