As our newPorter, you'll be theFace of Fullerton, creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Warm Welcomes:Greet guests with a friendly and skilled demeanour.
Efficient Service:Assist with luggage handling, valet parking, and guest requests.
Expert Guidance:Provide accurate directions, recommendations, and information.
Immaculate Presentation:Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas.




Teamwork:Collaborate seamlessly with the concierge and front desk teams.
What We're Looking For:
Australian Work Rights:Must have full working rights in Australia.
Driving Proficiency:A valid driver's license (automatic and manual) is preferred.
Flexible Availability:Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Dynamic Personality:A confident and outgoing personality to match our hotel's vibrant atmosphere.
Effective Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional Presentation:A polished and well-groomed appearance.
Physical Fitness:Ability to lift and carry luggage.
