As an Area Manager, you'll have the autonomy to lead a portfolio of10 centreswhile partnering with passionate Centre Managers to deliver operational excellence and exceptional experiences for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and inspire Centre Managers across a portfolio of10 centres.
Drive occupancy, financial performance and operational excellence across your region.
Champion exceptional family experiences and high-quality educational outcomes.
Analyse business performance and implement strategies that improve results across multiple sites.
Partner with People & Culture, Quality, Compliance and Facilities teams to support continuous improvement.
Ensure all centres operate in line with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislative requirements.
Conduct regular site visits, providing hands-on leadership, coaching and operational support.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders while acting as the link between your centres and the wider business.
About You
You're an experienced multi-site leader who enjoys developing people just as much as delivering results.
You'll bring:
3+ years' experience leading multiple sites as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or similar.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to improve occupancy, financial performance and operational outcomes.
A coaching mindset with the ability to develop high-performing leaders and teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
A cooperative leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement.
Highly regarded:
Experience within the early childhood education sector.
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and state regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting acquisitions or large-scale business improvement initiatives.
