About the Role
As aShotcrete Operator, you'll play a critical role in supporting safe and productive underground mining operations.

Safely and efficiently operate underground shotcrete equipment to deliver high-quality primary ground support in accordance with site specifications and quality standards.
Complete all assigned tasks in line with supervisor direction, maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, and operational excellence.
Maintain shotcrete equipment, the batch plant, and surrounding work areas to a high standard, reporting defects or mechanical issues promptly and ensuring equipment is cleaned and service-ready.
Accurately complete all required operational, production,



and safety documentation in accordance with site requirements.
Actively participate in pre-starts, toolbox talks, shift handovers, roster change meetings, and other safety initiatives to promote a robust safety culture and effective team communication.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for operators who take pride in their work and share our commitment to safety.
You'll have:
Previous experience as a Shotcrete Operator
Previous experience with the operation of Sandvick, Normet and Jacon Maxijet shotcreting machinery.
Experience with operating heavy earthmoving equipment, excavators etc will be considered.
Underground mining experience (desirable)
Good organisation and time management skills
Valid manual driver's license
Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate
A work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's mottoConsider it done - safely.
