The Salvation Army in Nunawading, VIC is seeking an Initial Assessment and Planning Worker to provide immediate support for people facing homelessness or at risk of losing their home.
You will assess needs, facilitate housing options, and connect clients with essential services to build safety and stability.
You will report to the Team Leader in a permanent full time role, working with a compassionate, person-centred approach.
