They are looking to recruit a Support Consultant in their QLD branch with a background of providing software support and consulting services to customers.




Support Consultants provide first and second level support services to clients primarily by email and telephone, but also at the customer site.
You need to be methodical and analytical with valuable diagnostic and problem resolution skills and the ability to show initiative.
Their product has the full range of ERP modules like Finance, Payroll, Mining, Service Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or Manufacturing, CRM, and Business Intelligence BI software.
For this role they want someone with strong Finance module experience
The ideal candidate will have supported an ERP product and have finance module experience.
You may have worked for a software vendor supporting finance modules or alternatively worked client side supporting those modules.
You may have worked with products like Oracle, SAP, MYOB, Sage, Xero, Pronto, Epicor, Infor, Net Suite, IFS etc.
You will have excellent customer service and communication skills – both written and verbal.
