About the role
Fresh Fresh Flowers' in Bentleigh, VIC is seeking a qualified florist to join our passionate team on a casual basis.
This is the perfect role for an experienced florist who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service and tailoring floral solutions to meet customers' needs
Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the store and work area
Assisting with receiving, processing and storing flowers
Collaborating with the team to meet daily sales and operational targets
What we're looking for
Formal qualification in floristry or equivalent industry experience (at least 2 years+)
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delighting customers
Strong attention to detail and creativity to produce visually stunning floral products
Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including one weekend day per week
