About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing support, handling enquiries, and assisting with insurance-related requests.
Key Responsibilities
Manageinbound customer enquiries and leads
Prepare and provideinsurance quotes
Assist withpolicy changes and amendments
Respond tocustomer queries in a professional and timely manner
Conductfollow-ups with clients
Follow up onoutstanding payments
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Experience incustomer service or call center environments(preferred)
Strongcommunication and telephone skills
Goodcomputer skills and attention to detail
Apositive, can-do attitude
