Balance in Motion is looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Bondi Beach clinic on a part-time basis.
We're a well-established, community-loved clinic with a strong focus on running and sports rehab, and we're growing, with a second clinic launching soon in Paddington.
About Us
We treat everyone from weekend warriors to competitive marathoners, and we're known for our hands-on approach, robust patient education, and active presence in the local community (@balanceinmotion).
Our team includes physios working collaboratively across musculoskeletal, sports, and sport-specific rehab.
The Role
Part-time position, days/hours negotiable to suit the right candidate
Full caseload of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy patients
Opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to clinical direction




Scope to get involved in running gait analysis and return-to-run programming
Based at our Bondi Beach clinic, with potential involvement at our new Paddington location as it opens
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' clinical experience (senior-level caseload management)
Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
Great communicator.
Someone who builds trust with patients quickly and works well as part of a small, close-knit team
