This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes but also thinks on their feet.
What you'll be doing
Manage high-volume of inbound calls
Resolve customer queries and while delivering positive experience
Manage complex queries with confidence and sound judgement
Accurately update CRM systems
Meet quality, compliance and KPI targets
You'll thrive in this role if you have
Previous customer service or contact centre experience (preferred but not essential)
Robust communication and active listening skills
Resilient, solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
Operational Hours:
Training: Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm (3–4 weeks) - work from office
Post Training (Nesting & Ongoing Roster): Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts between 7am– 7 PM - work from office
Flexibility to work across these hours is essential.
An Australian/ NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency or a Temporary Resident visa with at least 1-year full work validity and unrestricted working rights
