The Role
As SMSF Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 200 SMSF clients on BGL while reviewing outsourced compliance work and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
You'll play a key role in mentoring and managing offshore team members, making strong communication and leadership skills essential.
Key Responsibilities
Review SMSF financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work onBGL
Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 SMSF clients
Oversee and support offshore team members
Ensure compliance with current SMSF legislation and regulations
Provide technical guidance and support to the broader team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify process improvements and contribute to ongoing efficiencies
About You
CA or CPA qualified
SMSF Specialist Accreditation highly regarded
Strong technical knowledge of SMSF legislation and compliance requirements
Previous experience reviewing outsourced or offshore work
Positive, friendly, and approachable leadership style
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
