Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can contribute with confidence as part of a team that values quality,
ownership and continuous improvement.
You'll ideally bring:
Financial services client support experience, ideally within financial planning, wealth management, superannuation and/or insurance
Confidence managing client interactions and supporting advisers in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
High attention to detail, accountability and a track record of delivering work to a consistently high standard
You'll also bring:
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable style
Confidence working with systems, processes and documentation
A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional client outcomes
Why Join
We're intentional about building a team that values quality, ownership and continuous improvement.
When you join, you'll be part of a workplace where solid client service is recognised, good work is trusted, and people are supported to grow:
A collaborative team that takes pride in delivering exceptional client outcomes
Clear expectations and ownership from day one, with the support to succeed
Meaningful exposure to end-to-end advice delivery, not just transactional tasks
Opportunities to deepen your expertise and grow with the business
Wellness Days, flexible working arrangements and a genuine focus on wellbeing
Competitive remuneration aligned to capability and contribution
Next Steps
If you're a Client Services Officer who thrives on delivering exceptional service, takes ownership of your work, and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing integrated business, we'd love to hear from you.
