What you will do
As senior manager, campaigns, you will lead a team that plans and delivers communication campaigns across the department.
You will help shape communication that supports government priorities and informs the Victorian community.
You will:
leadmajor communication strategies and campaigns from planning through to evaluation
providetrusted advice to senior leaders on campaign planning, research and communication
managea high-performing team and support staff to build their skills
overseecomplexprojects, budgets, contracts and reporting requirements
useevidenceand market research to improve campaigns and meet community needs.
About you
A tertiary qualification in communications or a related field is highly desirable.
You should also have strong experience leading communication campaigns, ideally in the public sector.
You should also have:
strongknowledge of Victorian Government communication policies, processes and campaign approvals
provenexperience leading communication,



marketing, research and project work
excellentleadership, communication and negotiation skills
the ability to buildproductiveworking relationships, support change and deliver results.
