About the Role
As we continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking an experienced and commercially mindedChief Financial Officer (CFO)to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future of our organisation.
As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial sustainability, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening governance, and contributing to strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and will provide strategic leadership across finance, business development, commercial partnerships, and operational improvement.
You will lead the organisation's financial strategy while partnering with leaders across the business to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
• Shape and execute TADWA's financial and commercial strategy.
• Provide trusted advice and insights to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Drive financial sustainability, governance and organisational performance.
• Identify and deliver growth opportunities through partnerships, funding and business development initiatives.
• Lead organisational improvement, innovation and strategic projects.
• Build, mentor and lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
About You
You are a strategic and commercially minded executive who combines strong financial expertise with the ability to influence, lead and drive business outcomes.
You will bring:
CPA, IPA or CA accreditation with tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce,
Business or a related discipline.
Significant senior leadership experience in finance, governance and organisational strategy.
Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit, compliance and financial management.
Experience identifying growth opportunities, preparing business cases and developing strategic partnerships.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience within aged care, disability, community services or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded.
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
Current driver's licence.
