You will log, triage and resolve incidents in a qualified, timely manner.
The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, RemoteApps, Active Directory, security best practices, and customer service.
You will work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and promote continual service improvement.
