The role focuses on person‐centred active support to enable meaningful daily activities and social participation, including personal care and home tasks.
You will work with individuals to promote autonomy, safety, and inclusion, while liaising with supports and attending training.
Requirements include a current First Aid and CPR, NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children checks
