We're looking for motivated and safety focusedUnderground Electriciansto support maintenance activities across our underground equipment fleet and help drive project success from day one.
The Opportunity
14 days on / 14 days off roster
12-hour rotating day and night shifts
FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns to Ernest Henry Mine, QLD
Work on a modern underground fleet including:
Development Jumbos
Loaders
Agi Trucks
Shotcrete Equipment
Ancillary underground mining equipment

Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical maintenance and repairs in accordance with statutory and site requirements
Troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify equipment faults
Conduct planned and breakdown maintenance activities
Complete inspections, testing and component replacements
Identify and manage workplace hazards and risks
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
Contribute to a positive team culture and strong safety performance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Previous experience inunderground development or production mining
Current AustralianElectrical Licence
Strong fault finding and diagnostic capabilities
CurrentCPR and LVR certification(or ability to obtain)
Current manual driver's licence
Ability to pass a pre employment medical and police clearance
A proactive approach to safety and teamwork aligned with Redpath's values
