About the Role
As an OT at Connect2Care, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre-based care.
This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.
Key responsibilities:
Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults)
Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes
Provide AT assessments and recommendations
Write clear, timely reports
Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets
Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders
Engage in regular supervision and professional development
Current Graduate Program
We make your transition to clinical practice seamless and supportive, with a 12-month program that includes:

Requirements
What You'll Need
Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
WWCC + NDIS Worker Screening + Police Check
Driver's license + reliable vehicle
Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
As part of your role, you will be working with children, people with disability, the elderly, and people who are vulnerable.

To apply for the role, you will need to have or be able to obtain the following: Relevant Tertiary qualifications in related field Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA/ESSA) Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card) NDIS Worker Screening Check Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption) Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas) Driver's licence & access to a reliable vehicle Car insurance Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance First Aid (optional) Required Qualities At Connect2Care, we don't just look at your qualifications; we look at the person as a whole, ensuring you are the right fit for the role & company.
