We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our high-performing Emergency Heart Centre.

Make a Difference Every Day
Deliver outstanding, evidence-based nursing care to those experiencing acute cardiac symptoms
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, effectively managing responsibilities while maintaining high standards of nursing care
Able to demonstrate sound triage skills when communicating with QAS personnel, medical staff or general public
Proven loyalty, reliability, and commitment to providing exceptional nursing care and supporting positive team outcomes
Participate in quality and safety programs to improve patient care
What Makes a Difference for Us
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years post-grad experience an emergency department (desirable)
Qualified with or currently working towards a post graduate certificate in emergency nursing (highly regarded)
Competence in IV cannulation and iSTAT blood sampling
Able to provide advance life support certification (desirable)
Clinical confidence, clear communication, and a team-first mindset
A drive to deliver exceptional care in high-pressure environments
Able to work a 24/7 rotating roster (12 hours shifts roster)
A calm, team-oriented approach in high-pressure situations
Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills
A commitment to reflective practice, safety, and patient-centred care
