Our client is a leading luxury menswear brand seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is an chance for a polished and confident retail leader who understands the importance of exceptional service, personal presentation and building long-term client relationships.
With a strong focus on luxury suiting, you'll work closely with customers to deliver a highly personalised styling experience from initial consultation through to purchase.
The Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the performance of the store while remaining hands-on with customers and the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Store Manager across daily operations
Leading and engaging the team on the sales floor
Delivering personalised suiting and styling consultations
Building and maintaining a strong client book
Driving sales, KPIs and individual performance
Coaching team members on product and service
Ensuring the showroom reflects luxury brand standards
Managing customer appointments, alterations and follow-ups
Taking ownership of the store when required
About You
We"re looking for an experienced retail leader who is confident working with a discerning clientele and understands the level of service expected within luxury menswear.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous Assistant Manager or senior retail experience
Experience within luxury, premium or menswear retail
Strong consultative selling and clienteling skills
A confident understanding of menswear and styling
Proven ability to lead and coach a team
Strong commercial and KPI awareness
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A polished, professional and personable approach
High attention to detail and presentation
