Detailed Job Description
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.
Experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
Experience in enterprise-scale CRM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and business process flows.
Create and customize forms, entities, views, dashboards, and security roles.
Build integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, and .
NET technologies.
Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions.
Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management for integrations.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders.
Follow best practices for CRM development, security, and deployment.
