The opportunity:
We're hiring DIDO (Drive in / Drive out) an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor from Emerald region and nearby suburbs on a 2/1 roster:
Coordinate daily team activities to deliver a welcoming, comfortable, and positive experience for village residents.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture through effective communication and leadership.
Lead, coach, and support a diverse team to deliver exceptional service across village operations.
Provide guidance, feedback, and on-the-job coaching to support team development and continuous improvement.
Promote a customer-focused approach, ensuring resident expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in all areas of responsibility.
What you hold:
4 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role (required).
Mining Industry experience is desired
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
Must pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical including Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol clearance




Standard 11 surface mining induction or willing to obtain.
Driver's License/ Photo ID required
Must have reliable means of transportation to and from site
Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
