The Team & Role
Join Bayside Health's At Home Subacute team and make a meaningful difference by delivering evidence-based occupational therapy services to patients in their homes and community settings.
Working within a team-oriented multidisciplinary team, you will support patients across rehabilitation, geriatric evaluation and management, neurological, orthopaedic and palliative care streams, helping to maximise independence, recovery and quality of life through home visits, clinic appointments, group programs and telehealth services.

Skills & Experience Required
Registration with the Occupational Therapy board of Australia (via AHPRA)
Experience in Orthopaedic/Neurological/Geriatric Occupational Therapy in subacute or community care
