Team Leader / Salon Manager (Dual Role - Includes On-Floor Styling)
JUST CUTS Midland Gate, Midland WAis seeking an experienced and motivatedTeam Leader / Salon Managerto take charge of our vibrant salon.
This dual role offers the perfect blend of leadership and hands-on creativity - managing daily operations while continuing to do what you love most: cutting and styling hair.
You will be managing a team of 6-8.
Location:Midland Gate Shopping Centre, so plenty of parking and public transport.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Great base salary - Monday to Friday $35 per hour and Saturday $***** per hour + superannuation, with full leave entitlements (annual and personal leave).
Secure, flexible employment - Full time, 5 days per week, can be flexible during the week (4 days) plus Saturdays is essential.
Occasional Saturdays off can be negotiated after a probationary period.
Asupportive, close-knit teamthat enjoys working and socialising together.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Team Leader / Salon Manager, you'll oversee the smooth running of the salon while leading by example on the floor.
Your role will include:
Providing strongleadership and supportto the team.
Managing rosters, stock, and daily operationsefficiently.
Ensuring exceptionalcustomer service standardsand salon presentation.
Motivating our team to meet and exceedsales, service, and client retention goals.
Creating a fun, professional, and positive workplace culture.
ABOUT YOU




To excel in this role, you will:
Haveat least 2 years' experienceas a Senior Hairdresser and proven leadership or management experience.
Possessstrong communication, organisation, and people management skills.
Beconfident on the tools, setting the standard in cutting and styling.
Have previous experience withrostering, stock control, and salon administration.
Be passionate about creating amotivated, high-performing team.
